indoor dining area, and a contemporary kitchen. Two bedrooms on this level—one king-size
and one with two single beds —share a beautifully designed bathroom, making it ideal for
families.
The second floor is dedicated entirely to the master suite, offering complete privacy, an en-
suite bathroom, and a private terrace with panoramic sea views.
On the ground floor, an independent apartment with its own entrance includes a
living/dining area, kitchen, bedroom king size bed, and bathroom—ideal for couples or older
children. WiFi is available in all areas, all bedrooms are airconditioned
Outside, the villa impresses with a large private pool (13.5 × 5 m), elegant loungers, shaded
dining space with gas BBQ and curated Mediterranean gardens with palm trees. The setting
